Light yellow-green, with silver reflections. Aromas of delicate citrus fruit, a hint of white peach, some quince, stony minerality. The wine is refreshingly fruity, with balanced acidity, showing white stone fruit on the finish, with a touch of lime in the aftertaste. The elements of minerality and fruitiness combine to give a great match with Japanese foods and teriyaki sauce.
