Expert's View
“The Vilain family love what they do, and make absolutely wonderful, textbook, clean, mineral, zingy, refreshing Chablis, which is really wonderful at bottling and is also really capable of a nice wine ten years in bottle, with no problem whatsoever. On the whole, these wines drink wonderfully from release up unto the first ten years at least. Anyone who sticks to a case of Chaude Écuelle will have an absolute treat in five to ten years’ time.” ~ Clear Wine Co's Wine Expert
