Champagne Brut Rosé NV, Gyejacquot
Tasting notes
Pale, bright, pink, rose. Creamy, very pure, floral, strawberry/red candied fruits. On the palate: This is very open, floral, perfumed, with soft, gentle red/cherry fruit and a very fresh, crisp, fine and classy finish. The fruit is elegant, balanced and very harmonious leading to a long, dry, soft, creamy yet fresh, almost mineral and refined finish of red fruits with hints of citrus. A really delightful and immensely drinkable rosé Champagne. (D.H. 2020)
