Sancerre 2023, Domaine Bizet, Loire
Tasting notes
Colour is pale yellow with brilliant highlights. The wine has an expressive nose with fruity notes, floral and mineral nuances with good freshness, and on the palate, generous with notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruits, a supple attack with body and structure and a lively, balanced finish with good minerality. Goes well with fish and seafood, can also be served with goat’s cheese. (Producer’s notes)

Expert's View
“A good mid-weight classic example of what the French call ‘vins tipiques’, very typical wines, what you would expect to get from Sauvignon Blanc and from Sancerre.” ~ Clear Wine Co's Wine Expert
