Fresh and fragrant sparkling wine, with strong floral and fruity notes. Color: pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bouquet: slightly fruity, reminiscent of unripe apple. Taste: dry but balanced and harmonious. Excellent throughout the meal, with light first courses based on vegetables and with fish. (Producer's notes)
