Tasting notes

Just mid crimson, savoury, spicy and subdued. Palate has a brooding layer of cherry with quite a complex oak note underneath - crunchy red fruit. The finish closes up quickly. Elegant wine, yet a little wild. (W.S. – Jancis Robinson; 2012 vintage; tasted 18/02/14)
