Details of Ordering FOR TRADE CUSTOMERS

Enter your details, including address, postcode, email, contact number, and in the 'Select Wines of Interest' section, the wine(s) you would like to order.  In the Comment section, enter how many bottles of each wine (e.g. 6 of wine 3, minimum order for wine 7), including any delivery instructions such as when and where exactly you want the delivery deposited and who will sign off for the shipment.  Mixed cases are allowable if the wines are from the same producer. Our deliverer DHL is a sustainable company so, if you would like CO2 emissions offset information sent with your delivery, please click the Offset Emissions box.

​The default minimum order is 2 cases (24 x 75 cL bottles) per producer. You can choose as many producers and bottles as you like; Clear Wine Co will confirm availability and may suggest a newer vintage if the selected vintage is not available.

The price code per bottle:

££ - £10 to £14.99
£££ - £15 to £19.99
££££ - >£20.

We will get back promptly with the price to pay and any further details of delivery. You can cancel your order at this stage or proceed by following the links provided. We will then send a pro forma invoice summarising your order. You then have 10 working days to confirm the invoice with us before the order becomes live and we arrange dispatch otherwise the order is cancelled. The order will be processed by Clear Wine Co arriving at your chosen address within two weeks of final confirmation.

we take care to explain a lot on our website about each wine because we think this is important for the best customer service and our duty under English Law. This includes the alcohol content for each bottle and whether it is vegan compatible.
