Details of Ordering FOR TRADE CUSTOMERS

1. Make your order selection in the 'Select Wines of Interest' section (on left). Wines in stock are listed in the format [Our Reference Number] [Producer] [Grape Variety/Blend] [Vineyard/Appelation] [Vintage] [Price Range].
   
2. Enter how many bottles of each wine in the 'Comment' section (e.g. 18 of '3KLO20', 6 of '5KLO22', minimum of  '1SEH23').
   
3. Include any delivery instructions in the 'Comment' section such as when and where exactly you want the delivery deposited and which designated person will sign off for the shipment (which may or may not be the person ordering).  
   
4. Enter contact details, including name of the person ordering, address headed by the name of the winery, postcode, email and telephone. 
5. Submitit your order.
6. Pay the pro-forma invoice. Once your order is submitted you will receive an email with an attached pro-forma invoice giving the price to pay less any qualifying discount and any further details of delivery. Live orders will be processed by Clear Wine Company and shipping and duty paid by DHL Express.
   
7. Sit back and relax! Your order will be prepared and delieverd to your address within one week.

Please note:
Restrictions on the order - The minimum order is 2 x 12-bottle cases (24 x 75 cL bottles) per producer. Please note the total order should be a whole number of units of 12 (i.e. 24, 36, 48 etc) per each producer. You can choose as many producers and bottles as you like that hold to the above rules. Mixed 12-bottle cases are allowable if the wines selected are from the same producer.

Availability of the wines - all wines listed are in stock. If the selected vintage is not available Clear Wine Company will email you suggesting the next newer vintage. If no confirmation is received within 10 working days it will be presumed that the order can transfer to the new vintage.

The price ranges - these are (without any qualifying discount per bottle) less tax are:
£ -  <£10
££ - £10 to £14.99
£££ - £15 to £19.99
££££ - >£20.

To change or cancel your order - if you wish to you can cancel by sending an email to [email protected] with 'Cancel Order' and the order reference in the subject line. Changes to the order may be made with an email to [email protected] with 'Change Order' in the subject line with details of the changes.

When an order is a continuing order - if the order is not a first order, you have 10 working days from receipt of the proforma invoice to confirm any changes before the order becomes live.

And finally (from the Owner) - we take care to explain a lot on our website about each wine because of our duty under English Law and the fact that we think it's important you and your customers know. This includes the alcohol content for each bottle and whether it is vegan compatible.
