If you buy any of our wines and it is faulty or you don't like a bottle we will replace the wine with a substitute bottle of similar quality or offer a refund providing you inform Clear Wine Co by email to [email protected] within 24 hours of dispatch/invoice date. We will then arrange collection of the returned wine at our cost within 48 hours. We will inform you of our suggestion for replacement.
If you change your mind about some or all of your order, you may also cancel your order up to and including 14 calendar days from receipt of goods in compliance with Government guidelines. Once you have decided to cancel just inform Clear Wine Co. by filling the Returns Process form (see below) or by email to [email protected] or call us on 0161 706 0942 within normal office hours. We will then arrange collection of the returned wine at our cost within 48 hours and give you a refund of the full cost of the products returned plus delivery or similar replacement. Returns Process
We are so sorry that your order wasn't right.
To return the wine send us an email to [email protected] to let us know what went wrong. We will arrange to collect the returned goods at our cost within 48 hours of receiving your email. We will then get in touch to see how we can make things better.

To make a return for replacement or refund, please follow these steps:
1) Check our Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions.
2) Repackage the return in the same way and using the same box in which your order was delivered. Please note the bottle must be in a clean and re-saleable condition sealed with the original closure and dressing or, if already opened, must be in a safe and suitable condition for collection.
3) To make an opened bottle safe for collection please read the following:- The bottle must have the original closure plus an additional means of sealing e.g. tape or wax. You must take a photograph of the bottle you have resealed and send this by electronic transfer or attachment to [email protected] with your original order number. You must then supply additional protection such as a leak-proof bag with a resealable top. The bottle must be packed in the original packaging, and extra protection used to fill out any void space in the box, such as crumpled up newspaper, if necessary. NB please observe for both cork and screwcap closures. Sparkling wine closures are not applicable.
4) Please note, broken glass or once opened sparkling wine bottles are not suitable for a return and will not be collected.
5) Now please fill up this short form, then press the 'submit' button:

6) Finally check for leaks and box up the return.
7) Submitting your details above will trigger an email from Clear Wine Co which will get your return dealt with. We firstly will email you to suggest a replacement bottle or a refund. Once your return has been confirmed, download the attachment from the next email, and open the pdf file.
8) The label is of A5 format, contains the address you will need to return the package, plus some other information which we need to record and activate the delivery. Print this out onto A5 label paper. If using A4 plain paper, print out and fold to roughly A5 format.
9) Attach the printed label to the return package, completely covering the old label, using suitable adhesive.
10) Secure the return package with suitable parcel tape.
Now all there is to do is await collection. We will do the rest.
